FTTX Components

INTELDAT supplies pre-terminated cables for indoor and outdoor environments; indoor and outdoor distribution cabinets and splice covers in various sizes; standard splitters configured from 1:2 up to 2:64, or FBT splitters for custom split ratios; and the expected indoor outlets.

INTELDAT offers a variety of configurations for both building entry points and terminations of residential, office and small business connections.

Our outdoor cables are designed for the harshest environments, with terminations that include ODVA, ODC, SC-IP or FullAXS; and we produce self-supporting pre-terminated drop cables for aerial installations, using SC-IP or other water-resistant connectors.

INTELDAT produces and supplies a variety of products for both permanent and temporary/moveable distribution of industrial ethernet communications; including media converters; patch panels, POF and HCS cable assemblies; and pre-terminated cables on reels.

Of note is the Omnitron Systems iConverter XGT+ ethernet media converter – available exclusively from INTELDAT in some EU markets. It provides a variety of 10G connectivity solutions, including resolving interface disparities between equipment with 10GBASE-T RJ-45 ports and existing rack servers or switches with fiber optic ports.

INTELDAT’s ruggedized pre-terminated cables on reels also provide an excellent solution to the challenges of temporary set-up and workflow re-configurations.

INTELDAT is a reliable supplier of fiber optic cabling that maintains high operational reliability under the most adverse conditions.

Fully ruggedized against rough treatment and the harsh climatic and mechanical environments encountered, for examples, in heavy industry, telecommunications, rescue, mining and military operations, INTELDAT’s environment-resistant cabling performs when other cables can’t.

All INTELDAT environment-resistant fiber optic cables are custom -produced to client requirement and specifications. Features include:

BASIC Fiber Optic Cables

INTELDAT assembles single-mode and multi-mode pigtails using fiber with 0.9 mm semi-tight or easy-strip jacketing; or from 2.0 mm LSZH simplex cable; and terminated with all standard connectors. Pigtails are available in 12-color sets.

Our patch cords are available in a range of single-mode and multi-mode fiber types, with standard and specialty connectors. Standard cables are 2.0 mm or 2.8 mm LSZH, simplex or duplex, and 4,1 mm heavy duplex. We also produce custom patch cords for data centers with CS or SN connectors; and also POF and HCS patch cords from plastic fiber.

We assemble standard pre-terminated cables with up to 24 fibers. All indoor cables are LSZH with aramid yarn for strain relief, and primarily employ tight buffer fibers or microcables. For universal and outdoor applications, we use central loose tube cables or special outdoor tactical cables with PUR outer sheathing. The tails can be provided in 0.9mm tight buffer or in 2.0 mm or 3.0 mm tubing. These cables can be equipped with protective cable glands and pulling aids.

Tactical fiber optic cables use HMA technology represented by an expanded beam connector, which is ideal for extreme environmental conditions where low maintenance and quick repairability are required due to its rugged construction that withstands harsh climatic and mechanical conditions.
